IMPORTANT:
Orders placed online are new bottles that have been drilled with 2 medium holes and are MTO (made to order) per your color request. Please allow an additional 3 days for dry time.
All online orders are packaged for delivery and mailed within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS and typically take 1–3 business days for domestic service per their standards.
Please note that our incense bottles are painted using a unique paint pour technique, adding a vibrant and dynamic touch to each piece. While customers have the option to choose different color palettes, it's important to understand that due to the nature of the paint pour process, no two pours will be exactly the same. The colors and patterns may vary, ensuring that your incense bottle is a truly one-of-a-kind creation. The product you receive may not look exactly like the images shown, but rest assured, each piece is crafted with the same level of care and attention to detail.

Care:
Do not leave incense burning unattended. Remove from holder cap and snuff out before leaving.
None of the painted bottles are washable. Do not wash -- just dust off and shake out when needed.
